IVY Conference and Workshop

IVY Presents:

See them, hear them, help them: responding to Scotland’s most vulnerable and violent youth.

Thursday 3 December 2015, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

The IVY (Interventions for Vulnerable Youth) project celebrated its 2nd birthday in September, and to celebrate we would like to share some of the learnings from this experience with colleagues and stakeholders who provide services for young people presenting significant risk and complex needs. This free one-day conference will explore some of the themes from the IVY evaluation through input from speakers including Dr Andrew Rodgers, interactive workshops on a variety of themes in relation to violent risk, and a social work/health debate.

Attachment and High Risk Vulnerable People Workshop, presented by Dr Andrew Rodgers.

Friday 4 December 2015, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Due to the overwhelming success of this event last year, Dr Rodgers is back to deliver a one-day practical workshop exploring the importance of early attachment experiences and complex developmental trauma on the developing brain, emerging personality and behaviours.

Please note that registration for these events has now closed.
