START:AV Advanced Training

Due to increased interest in using the START:AV tool, there’s a need to increase the number of START:AV trainers in Scotland. Becoming a START:AV trainer is a two-stage process. We are pleased to announce that Keith Cruise, one of the START:AV authors, will be coming to Glasgow to deliver a two day START:AV course on December 4 and 5.

This training is the first stage in becoming a START:AV trainer and will provide an introduction to the START:AV tool and opportunities to complete practice cases.

The overall cost will be £248, payable via an online shop link – please note we cannot invoice for this event. Manuals are only available on request, at a cost of £50.

The second stage of becoming a trainer involves completing further practice cases, delivering training and receiving consultation via e-mail/teleconferences. The cost for stage two is approximately £600. More details will follow.
