Research Assistant (maternity cover) – Vacancy

We are seeking a Research Assistant to provide maternity cover and to work alongside our Research Fellow on a range of research projects in youth justice, social work and related areas. You will be a graduate in the social sciences with good written and oral communication skills and experience in a range of social research methods and analysis. You should understand the practical and ethical issues involved in conducting research with children and young people. Knowledge and understanding of youth justice in Scotland and experience of conducting research in this field is desirable.

Please note that this post is fixed term until 28 February 2019 (or until the return of the substantive postholder), to provide maternity cover.
