Youth Justice Workforce Needs Survey

Do you work with 12 to 18 year olds in Scotland? We need to hear from you!

The Youth Justice workforce is changing. It consists of staff and volunteers in the statutory and voluntary sectors, working across social work, health, education, police, third sector, residential care and the children’s hearing and justice system.

In light of the forthcoming legislation, the Children and Young Person Act 2014, which will be implemented this summer, the Developing Capacity and Improvement Implementation Group is keen to explore how different agencies are preparing for this change and what potential knowledge gaps exist across the workforce.

We have therefore created a short five minute survey to address the needs of the youth justice workforce, and we would greatly appreciate responses from professionals from all youth justice disciplines.
