Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill – CYCJ’s response

The Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 13 March 2018. The main purpose of the Bill is to raise the age of criminal responsibility in Scotland from 8 to 12.
