Conference registration will open for bookings in one week’s time!
We will be returning to the Stirling Court Hotel on the 17 and 18 June for two days of plenary speakers, workshops and stalls, bringing together practitioners from across youth justice.
This year’s conference theme is Diversity, Inequality and Justice.
Our keynote speakers are:
- Day 1: Luke Billingham, Youth Worker & Academic Researcher, Hackney Quest
- Day 2: Clare Allely, Professor of Forensic Psychology, University of Salford.
They will examine some of the key structural, social and systemic challenges that impact on how children in conflict with the law experience the justice system, drawing on Scottish and UK wide evidence and practice experience.
This event is a significant opportunity to network, build relationships, and learn from experts in the field.
We’ll be sharing the link to book tickets in our February E-Bulletin, on our social media channels and on our website, so make sure you’re following us for the latest updates.
Applications to host a workshop or marketing stall will go live on 26 February! We particularly encourage applications from organisations that represent marginalised and minoritorised communities. Links to both marketing stall and workshop application forms will be available at our website.
This conference is delivered in partnership with the Scottish Government and the National Youth Justice Advisory Group.
