Bairns’ Hoose briefing sessions

Consultation on the draft standards for Scotland’s Bairns’ Hoose, a model that supports a child-centred response to health and justice for victims or witnesses of serious crime and abuse, is now open.

Stakeholder session

To support stakeholders to engage in this consultation, CYCJ is holding a briefing session, featuring input from the Care Inspectorate’s Henry Matias and Rachel Hewitt of Healthcare Improvement Scotland. Register here. Contact ross.a.gibson@strath.ac.uk with any queries.

Children and young people’s session: 5.50-6.30pm, in-person

To give children and young people with experience of the justice system the opportunity to share their views, we will be holding an in-person group session, later on the same day.

Please email julia.swann@strath.ac.uk to discuss and book your place. Please share this with children and young people whom this might apply to.
