It’s Complicated: Youth Justice and Complexity in Scotland
The Centre for Youth & Criminal Justice (CYCJ) and National Youth Justice Advisory Group (NYJAG) is pleased to inform you of the annual Scottish Government funded conference for 2015.
This free to attend two day event gives practitioners the chance to hear up-to-date youth justice research, share practice and reflect on the views of young adults who have experienced the youth and criminal justice system.
The conference will be opened by the new Minister for Justice, Michael Matheson MSP. Speakers include Martin Crewe, Director of Barnardo’s Scotland, and Jim Gamble QPC, former Chief Executive of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre. They’ll be joined by representatives from the Scottish Government, the Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research (SCCJR) and the Interventions for Vulnerable Youth (IVY) project, amongst others.
This conference is now closed for applications. You will be informed whether your application has been successful or not in due course. We advise waiting until you have received this confirmation before booking any travel/accommodation.
