CYCJ is currently recruiting for a policy and public affairs professional who is confident working across a variety of policy areas for this an exciting new role. You will have excellent knowledge of the policies that impact children and young people in conflict with the law and/or those with care experience, with as well as experience of developing policy positions, briefings and reports based on robust evidence for both internal and external audiences.
Strongly attuned to the UK’s political landscape, the ideal candidate will have have experience in monitoring political developments and be able to advise on the best influencing approach for securing CYCJ’s goals according to political party policy positions.
This is a fixed term full-time appointment for 12 months.
Salary: £36,024 – £44,263
