We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover) with strong organisational skills to join our busy Office Support Team.
To be considered for the role you must be educated to a minimum Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 6 or have equivalent relevant or substantial experience in a similar administrative role.
The ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team, is essential. The post holder must be able to prioritise a demanding workload in a pressured environment, with the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required, together with a high standard of verbal and written communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
You will be IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
