We are recruiting for a Participation Advisor to join our team. The post holder will support the participation strategy for CYCJ ensuring that we engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including children and young people. The post holder will also proactively engage with partners, maintaining constructive relationships through which CYCJ is able to inform practice and policy development, assist in the implementation and delivery of work and support our current participation groups/work. The successful candidate will support colleagues and partners to understand current developments in the sector, through the provision of relevant experience, up-to-date insight and analysis.
