Stakeholder Survey: Help shape the work of CYCJ

Today we’re excited to announce the launch of the 2023 CYCJ Stakeholder Survey. We want to hear your views on how we can build a fairer, rights-respecting future for children and young people in conflict with the law. What do you think CYCJ should prioritise in 2024, and for our next 5-year strategy?

If you have experience of the justice system, either personally or professionally, we want to hear from you.  Perhaps you’re a social worker who wants more support in a certain area? Or a parent whose child has come into conflict with the law, who wants more information about their rights? We want you to let us know where we should be focusing our energies in order to ensure better outcomes for children, young people and their communities.

In shaping our strategy, we are particularly keen to hear from people within the following groups:

  • children and young people (12-26)
  • parents of children and young people who have come into conflict with the law
  • members of community councils
  • practitioners who work with children and young people in conflict with the law

If you fall into one of these categories, please click HERE to take part in the 2023 CYCJ Stakeholder Survey. If you have any queries about this survey, please contact nina.vaswani@strath.ac.uk for more information.

Deadline for taking part: 21st December 2023
