Summary:
In this webinar Dr Delmage discusses the international picture and the numerous variations in approach to criminal responsibility in children, with some brief thinking about where these variations come from. He considers various countries’ management of those under the MACR, and includes some thoughts about the future. He covers some of the economic outcomes, whilst acknowledging that these outcomes are extraordinarily hard to measure in a meaningful fashion.
