Young people’s use of NPS (legal highs) and its impact on them and others workshop (National Youth Justice Conference 2015)

This workshop, delivered at the National Youth Justice Conference 2015 by Austin Smith, Policy and Practice Officer with the Scottish Drugs Forum, looks at the ‘what you need to know’ information on new psychoactive substances (‘legal highs’), and describes the possible harms associated with their use and how these may be minimised.
