Sally Mcilroy is an Events and Administration Assistant at CYCJ, where she plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of virtual and in-person events for CYCJ and our partners. These events range from webinars and workshops to large-scale conferences, including the National Youth Justice Conference. In addition to her events remit, Sally is also the PA to the CYCJ Director and contributes to the development of CYCJ’s eLearning modules.

Sally graduated from the University of the West of Scotland with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Events Management. She brings experience from the live events sector, having worked with Glasgow Life in ticketing and sales administrative roles. Throughout her career, she has supported a variety of high-profile events, including Celtic Connections, Aye Write, Glasgow Mela, the Scottish Open Snooker Championship, the LEN European Short Course Swimming Championships, and the BWF World Championships.

Sally is currently undertaking a qualification in Digital Marketing. She is passionate about creativity, digital innovation, and continuous learning. She is looking to find innovative ways to enhance engagement, learning, and event experiences
