National Youth Justice Advisory Group

The National Youth Justice Advisory Group (NYJAG) provides policy and strategic direction to support youth justice practice in Scotland.

Members are involved in and contribute to various strands of policy development in relation to children and young people who offend.

The Group is committed to practice and skills development and works closely with CYCJ and the Scottish Government. This includes the provision of regular and networking events for practitioners, and the organisation of an annual National Youth Justice Practitioner Conference.

NYJAG is open to representation from all 32 Scottish Local Authorities, SCRA, ACPOS, Community Justice Authorities and representatives from the Third Sector.
