Gill qualified as a social worker in 2008 and worked for over 10 years as a children and families social worker. During this time Gill sat in the previous Youth Court which ran in Airdrie and had responsibility for EEI referrals within the locality. In more recent years Gill has worked as a Senior Social Worker in a busy Children and Families team with a lead role in youth justice. During this time Gill also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Child Welfare and Protection.
Gill’s role at CYCJ is as a Practice Development Advisor in the Reimagining Justice Team with lead responsibility for Youth Courts.
