Lucy Holland (she/her)

Research Associate

Lucy has a background in child rights, holding a Master’s with Distinction in Child Rights from Queen’s University Belfast, where she is currently completing her PhD. Her research skills involve using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, combined with a rights-based approach to research design, implementation, governance and dissemination. Her research interests lie in migration – particularly the experiences of refugee and asylum seeking children in the UK – as well as justice, gender and LGBTQIA+ rights. 

Lucy’s current role is evaluating the Scottish Child Interview Model (SCIM), a participatory research project to explore SCIM’s implementation both nationally and locally.
