Martin Dorchester

Martin has extensive experience on boards in the public, private and charity sectors in Scotland. He is the currently Chief Executive Officer for Includem, a specialist Scottish charity supporting young people and their families. Prior to this he was Group Chief Executive Officer for David MacBrayne as well as Managing Director of Calmac Ferries. Martin has a deep and abiding interest in the wellbeing and future of children and young people, with particular experience in the justice sector.  He is currently Vice Convener of CCPS and previously served as a Co-Chair of the Promise as well as a member of CiS Strategic Forum.
