Maureen qualified as a social worker in 2003 and worked in youth and criminal justice in two different local authorities before joining North Lanarkshire Council’s learning and organisational development team in 2014. She was responsible for the development and delivery of training for social work and multi-agency partners and involved in workforce development and strategic planning.
Maureen is seconded to CYCJ as a Practice Development Advisor with a focus on the postgraduate certificate for children in conflict with the law and is the lead for SLCN, Reimagining Justice and Reimagining Secure Care Projects.
