Ranald has been a Social Worker for 20 years, initially in Criminal Justice with South Lanarkshire Council. He joined Renfrewshire Council in 2012 to establish the Whole System Approach with young people aged 13-18 years old. He is currently the co-chair of the National Youth Justice Advisory Group.
