CARM Launch: Framework for Risk Assessment Management and Evaluation (FRAME) for Local Authorities and partners – incorporating Care and Risk Management Guidance

This presentation was delivered by Chris Wright, of the Children’s Hearings and Youth Justice Team, Scottish Government, at ‘Managing Risk of Serious Harm in Young People: Launch of CARM (Care and Risk Management) and revised guidance for Movement Restriction Conditions (MRCs) in the Children’s Hearing System’. This took place at the University of Strathclyde on May 26th, and was hosted by CYCJ and the Scottish Government.
