Safe Ships workshop presentation (National Youth Justice Conference 2015)

This workshop, delivered at the National Youth Justice Conference by Kate Black and Linda Robb of CYCJ, explored the experience of bearing witness to distressing and violent events as part of a professional role.  The workshop focused on particular risks to staff who work with individuals with trauma narratives, and provided a forum for discussion about how supportive structures can be implemented at individual, team and organisational levels.
