CYCJ supports the development of Youth Courts in Scotland, as part of our ‘Reimagining Justice‘ work.
Drawing on feedback from sheriffs, children and young people, social workers and more, our Youth Court Blueprint is designed to encourage consistency of provision in Scotland. It is not meant to be prescriptive but is a guide to aid thinking for Local Authorities and the range of other relevant agencies and partners who are integral to the development and implementation of Youth Courts.
